BA or B.Sc in Yoga and Naturopathy is a three year undergraduate course. Students who have completed 10+2 from a recognized board or university are eligible to apply for the course.
Yoga has been practiced in India since thousands of years. Ancient seers and rishis devised yogasanas or postures for the benefit of mankind. Yoga postures help individuals to overcome various health problems and also help in the prevention of several diseases.
Naturopathy is a branch of medicine which used natural products and ingredients for the formulation of medicines to treat various ailments and diseases.
A degree in yoga and naturopathy trains a student to treat patients in a natural and safe manner.
Along with theory classes, students are trained in practical classes also so that they get exposure to the existing standards in the industry. Regular examinations are conducted to assess the knowledge of the students. Group discussions and seminars form a part of the curriculum.
